Text Analysis of China's Master-Apprentice Education Policies in the New Era

After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the industry of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has made great progress, and master-apprentice education plays a very important role in the cultivation of TCM talents. This paper collects and sorts out the policies of the TCM master-apprentice education since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, and analyzes the policy texts of the TCM master-apprentice education from 2012 to 2023. The results indicate that although the state attaches great importance to the inheritance of TCM and the development of TCM talents, the education policy of TCM master-apprentice education has been continuously strengthened and the education system has been continuously improved, the combination of TCM master-apprentice education and college education in the new era is still insufficient, and the supervision system of TCM master-apprentice education process needs to be improved. In order to solve these problems, there is lots of advice on the formulation of TCM master-apprentice education policy in the future.
