2024, 25(2): 77-84. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0077
Abstract:
Cooperative joint medical institutions played an important complementary role in the early medical system of the People' s Republic of China. The organization of joint medical institutions has achieved the goal of "organizing" social practice doctors and is seen as a "bridge from private medical system to public medical system". With the early completion of the "Three Major Transformations" and the emergence of the peak of socialist construction, the impulse to achieve leapfrog economic and social development also affected the medical and health field. In 1956, a motion was proposed to take over all joint clinics by the state. Following the instructions of central leaders such as Liu Shaoqi, and after research by the health department and various levels of government, the issue of restructuring gradually returned to the original institutional design and the basic national situation of shortage of medical and health resources. The coexistence of public ownership as the main body and various forms of ownership in medical institutions ultimately became a consensus. Reviewing the twists and turns that occurred in the history of medical institutions during the early days of the founding of the People' s Republic of China can help deepen our understanding of the history of contemporary Chinese medical care.

2024, 25(2): 85-90. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0085
Abstract:
Digital humanities digitizes elements of the humanities, constructs knowledge models, explores semantic associations and creates digital narrative spaces. There is an intrinsic relationship between the research model of digital humanities and the development of traditional Chinese medicine cultural resources. Taking the museum of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper breaks down three elements: the museum, the digital humanities research team and the public, and explains the relationship among them. With the goal of dividing resources, exhibits and ideas into levels, museums in the development and utilisation of Chinese medicine cultural resources should be committed to clearly specifying the information of material collections, presenting the contents of exhibits in multi-dimensions, and influencing the public with the ideas of Chinese medicine. In view of this, museums should first form alliances, unify norms, and map out their homes in order to integrate existing collection resources. And the digital humanities research team should serve the museum and the public, work together and build a digital platform. Eventually, the digital narrative space of traditional Chinese medicine will be constructed by combining the real and the virtual in the exhibition, and the digital narrative space of traditional Chinese medicine will be constructed in a multi-dimensional way.

2024, 25(2): 112-119. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0112
Abstract:
The integration of industrial chain and innovation chain is an important measure to improve the toughness of industrial chain and the modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain. The development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Anhui province has entered a new stage, but it is still difficult to integrate innovation chain and industrial chain in the process of development. This paper examines the integration efficiency of innovation chain and industrial chain of "Top ten Anhui pharmaceutical" enterprises by coupling coordination degree model and combining TOPSIS and RSR. The results showed that there was a high correlation between the two systems of traditional Chinese medicine innovation chain and industrial chain in Anhui province, but the coupling coordination degree was low, the coupling was at a low level and there were obvious regional differences. Based on this, it is proposed that enterprises and other innovation subjects should follow the law of integrated development of innovation chain and industrial chain to promote the two-way integration of the two chains, explore the integrated development of regional innovation chain and industrial chain according to the development level of regional two chains, and promote the collaborative innovation and development of production, university and research, in order to further promote the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.

Abstract:
Based on the local ethnic minority medicine policy texts, the quantitative textual analysis of China's local ethnic minority medicine policies is carried out by using the dimensions of policy tools and policy themes to understand the focuses and inherent problems of the existing policy system, and to provide a reference basis for the future policy improvement of China's ethnic medicine-related policies. The study found that in terms of the use of policy tools, the use of environmental and supply policy tools is comparable, and the use of demand policy tools is the most common. In terms of policy themes, ethnic medicine mostly relies on traditional Chinese medicine for development, and provinces will refer to the characteristics and development status of ethnic medicine when formulating policies, making differences in policy centres of focus and levels of development. In order to better promote the development of ethnic medicine in China, it is advised to strengthen the top-level design, increase policy support and develop ethnic medicine in a multifaceted and concerted manner; formulate policies on the development of ethnic medicine in accordance with local conditions; emphasize the capital investment, information construction and talent training of ethnic medicine; accelerate the process of trade in ethnic medicines; and improve the quality and insurance of ethnic medicines.

LIU Zhiyu, ZHOU Yeqin
2024, 25(2): 127-131. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0127
Abstract:
The discourse in ideological and political education plays an important role in various aspects of student cognitive construction, emotional internalization, and behavioral choice. Currently, there are problems in the process of accepting discourse in ideological and political education, such as utilitarian tendencies in student discourse acceptance, superficial effects in discourse acceptance, and obstacles in knowledge action transformation. The main causes of these problems include teachers' failure to enter the life of students and thus their incomplete grasp of the characteristics of students' discourse acceptance, the existing assessment methods focusing on the memorization of teaching materials and the failure of curriculum practice education to enter the real life. Therefore, in order to improve the acceptability of ideological and political teaching discourse, it is necessary for ideological and political teachers to enter students' life and realize the integration of teacher-student discourse in the interaction; create a democratic and relaxed activity situation, provide the conditions for students to enter the society, and promote the transformation of knowledge and action; enrich the examination content, and focus on the examination of the three views of students' discourse rather than the memory of the textbook discourse.
