In the historical logic, it can make people "keep the heart" by spreading the culture of TCM medicine and the thought of benevolence, giving play to the value of TCM emotional therapy, and teaching people how to be dedicated and loyal. In terms of practical logic, it promots the theory of Chinese medicine, teaches the knowledge of TCM, and teaches people to learn self-examination and help, can help people "adjust the heart". The triple logic of TCM mental health promotion value realization not only has its own cultural connotation, but also reflects the close internal relationship, forming a complete theory and practice system.

2023, 24(6): 383-387. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0383
Abstract:
There are 21 beautiful character landscape prints in Principles of Correct Diet, which is a typical representative of the printmaking art of the Yuan Dynasty and a vivid presentation of the social life scene of the upper class nobles of the Yuan Dynasty. The printmaking adopts triangle, rectangle and surrounding geometric composition with dignitaries as the visual center, and deliberately enlarges the size of dignitaries, showing a strong sense of hierarchy. Printmaking objectively reflects the life scenes of the upper class society in the Yuan Dynasty. The characters are vividly portrayed, and the scenes are delicate and lifelike. Influenced by the creation of the novel and zaju printmaking at that time, printmaking has narrative characteristics. Picture is placed before text, reflecting the overall meaning of the relevant text, or reflecting the specific content of the relevant text, or corresponding to each part of the relevant text one by one, making the boring content take vivid images as the guide, improving the reading interest.

Current Status and Optimization Suggestions for the Protection of New Varieties of Chinese Medicinal Materials
SHEN Jia-hua, YAO Zheng-rong
2023, 24(6): 399-407. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0399
Abstract:
The establishment of China's plant variety protection system came relatively late, and although many practices have been carried out to improve it, the protection of new varieties of medicinal plants remains weak. As a country with abundant traditional Chinese medicine resources, excessive exploitation can lead to a significant risk of loss of medicinal plant species. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to the protection of new varieties of medicinal plants as a fundamental measure to improve the quality and yield of traditional Chinese medicinal materials to alleviate the current shortage of medicinal plant resources. Based on the information published by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, we have identified the plant species (genus) directly related to medicinal plants in the list of protected plant varieties. Combining this with the current situation of breeding and promotion of new varieties of medicinal plants, it is evident that China faces issues in the protection of new varieties of medicinal plants, such as cumbersome examination procedures, difficulties in obtaining evidence of infringement, weak enforcement measures, slow or insufficient development of DUS testing guidelines for medicinal plants, and a lack of awareness regarding protection. Therefore, it is recommended to revise the "Plant Variety Protection Regulations" to establish a connection with existing specialized laws, improve administrative enforcement procedures, optimize examination procedures, strengthen the technical system, enhance awareness of intellectual property rights for new varieties of medicinal plants, and cultivate professional talents in this field.

LOU Jun-hao, GUO Si-lun
2023, 24(6): 408-415. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0408
Abstract:
Establishing and perfecting the registration system of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge can protect traditional Chinese medicine knowledge, promote its inheritance, development and innovation, and safeguard national interest. With the active promotion of the formulation of the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge, the relevant provisions of the registration system of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge are becoming more and more specific. However, the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge (draft for comment) is controversial in terms of definition, registration acceptance procedures, audit confirmation procedures and so on, which reflects the problems of incomplete registration objects, unreasonable registration methods and imperfect rights relief mechanism. By learning from the foreign experience of traditional knowledge registration system, and combining with the actual situation in China, we can improve the registration system of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge from three aspects: expanding the registration object, balancing the registration method and refining the right relief mechanism.

WANG Zhao-juan, SHEN Jun-long, XIONG Ji-xia
2023, 24(6): 416-420. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0416
Abstract:
Based on value-based healthcare and taking the three major elements of value-based healthcare as the core, we analyze the current status of the implementation of TCM day ward service mode in China. The TCM day ward service mode has explored the integration of the healthcare service system, the creation of a patient-centered physical and mental integration service, and the control of healthcare costs. However, there are problems such as the level of medical quality management is not optimistic, patient satisfaction needs to be improved, and cost control and value balance are unreasonable. The improvement measures are: standardizing the service system and improving the service quality; disseminating traditional Chinese medicine culture and optimizing patient experience; and establishing a cost-benefit mechanism to promote the realization of value-based healthcare.
