SHEN Jie
2023, 24(2): 71-77. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0071
Abstract:
The epidemic diseases occurred in Nanjing during the Ming and Qing dynasties in 82 years, concentrated in the Chongzhen year, Jiajing year, and Wanli year of the Ming dynasty, as well as the Guangxu year, Qianlong year, and Daoguang year of the Qing dynasty. The epidemic usually occurred in summer in the Ming dynasty. However, in the Qing dynasty, it usually occurred in summer and autumn, mainly in a single season. The epidemic was mostly concentrated in Shangjiang County, and the epidemic was most widespread in the third year of Jiajing in the Ming dynasty (1524) and the nineteenth year of Guangxu in the Qing dynasty (1893). The most frequent epidemic in Nanjing in the late Qing dynasty was cholera, followed by malaria and dysentery. The main factors affecting the occurrence and prevalence of epidemics in Nanjing in the Ming and Qing dynasties were climatic anomalies, drought, famine, floods, earthquakes, and war. It is suggested that in improving the epidemic prevention system for public health, attention must be paid to protecting and improving the ecological environment.

2023, 24(2): 83-90. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0083
Abstract:
During the Ming and Qing dynasties, Jinan's charitable relief and medical institutions included not only the official Yangji Hospital, Louze Garden, Medical Department, and Huimin Medicine Bureau, but also the Puji Hall and Yuyin Institution, which were jointly run by the government and civilian, and covered various aspects of relief such as offering services for the elderly, sparing the poor and needy, caring for the young, offering funeral service and medical treatment. As the political, economic, and cultural center of Shandong, Jinan was representative of the development of charitable relief and medical care in Shandong. However, in Jinan, the development of charitable relief and medical care was unbalanced. For instance, the development of public medical care was slow, and the construction of medical institutions such as the Huimin Pharmacy Bureau and the Medical Department was small. Both Puji Hall and Yuyin Institution were pioneered by the private sector and promoted by the government nationwide, but Yuyin Institution were much smaller in scale than Pujiedang in the Jinan area. Unlike the other regions, Puji Hall and Yuyin Institution had more official supports from the beginning, indicating that the government was still in a dominant position in terms of charity relief.

LIU Yan, HU Wei
2023, 24(2): 106-115. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0106
Abstract:
The right of residence has both social security and economic function, which provides a rational choice for preventing and reducing the ethical risk of home-based care, along with realizing the goal of "ensuring old-age support and residence". In judicial practice, the usufruct of sojourn-based care for the elderly was handled differently from the residence right. The relationship of residence right can be established by admitting the formation of facts or court decisions. In order to fill the gap in the protection of rights and interests, the expected interests of the elderly's residence right should be protected. Meanwhile, the rules of private law should be transformed into the public law protection, which explicitly includes the residence right in the protection scope of the elderly's rights and interests protection law, and punishing violations of the elderly's residential rights and interests.

2023, 24(2): 116-122. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0116
Abstract:
The high-quality development of the integration of Chinese materia medica industry in the Yangtze River Delta has been risen to the national strategy. As for the problem of collaborative innovation of Chinese materia medica industry in the Yangtze River Delta, the structure and characteristic evolution of the innovation network were analyzed from the perspective of social network with the theory of collaborative innovation. The innovation network was measured from four stages with the data of Chinese materia medica cooperation patent in the Yangtze River Delta from 1987 to 2021. The research found that the scale of the innovation network of Chinese materia medica industry in the Yangtze River Delta has been expanding, and the knowledge exchange capacity was strong while the transfer efficiency was low. Besides, the innovation subject was developing towards diversified cooperation, and the innovation cooperation network was initially established and gradually becoming complication and communitization, among which Nanjing has always played the role of "high importance and coordination". The research is significant to rationally allocate the innovation resources of Chinese materia medica industry in the Yangtze River Delta, strengthen the construction of the innovation network relying on the resource-core cities, and accelerate the high-quality development of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine in the Yangtze River Delta.

2023, 24(2): 123-128. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0123
Abstract:
The fundamental purpose of TCM knowledge organization is to serve the public's health and realize the important measure of "Healthy China". Under the condition of new media technology, the physical form of TCM text knowledge must be transformed into intelligent knowledge form through digital technology to improve the efficiency of TCM knowledge organization. In this regard, we will use the Internet technology platform to design and construct the socialized semantic web form of Internet plus TCM knowledge organization, as well as innovate TCM knowledge organization model. This model unifies the producers, translators, disseminators and consumers of TCM knowledge organizations, and overcomes the isolated phenomenon in the past, which is conducive to realizing the "meaning construction" of TCM health knowledge labeled by experts and the public. Therefore, the establishment of a social semantic network for the effective use of TCM health knowledge can ultimately achieve the co-construction and sharing of TCM health knowledge.

Abstract:
With the increasing number of international students majoring in clinical medicine (taught in English) coming to China, and the proposal of the Ministry of Education on the development strategy of "improving quality and efficiency, giving priority to quality" in the education of international medical students in China, how to improve the comprehensive clinical practice ability of international medical students majoring in clinical medicine (taught in English) in China has become one of the important issues that urgently need to be solved. Combining the recruitment and training of all English standardized patients at Anhui Medical University with the clinical teaching practice of overseas students majoring in undergraduate clinical medicine (taught in English) who come to China, this paper explores the standardized process, practical application, and existing problems of all English standardized patient training in medical settings, and proposes solutions such as using multiple teaching modes, more refined scenario simulation, and more systematic training for participants, to meet the needs of international students in China for clinical skills teaching and testing, and to provide a reference for the training of all English standardized patients in other medical schools.
