Abstract: Based on historical geography, the regional school of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangyin area of Jiangsu Province is named Chengjiang medical school, and combined with relevant historical facts, the source of its development and the main doctors of the past dynasties are discussed, the main characteristics of Chengjiang medical school are summarized, the existing problems in the current study of medical school are pointed out, and the future research trend and direction of Chengjiang medical school are pointed out, in order to help the development of Chengjiang medical school. It provides theoretical guidance for further research and construction of Chengjiang medical School, excavating cultural connotation, summarizing academic experience and serving clinical practice.
