Abstract: In the course of its development, TCM gynecology has been influenced by regional culture and local schools, and has gradually formed various academic schools of TCM gynecology with its own characteristics. Taking Shanghai, Zhejiang, Tianjin, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Yunnan, Guizhou, Lingnan as examples, the paper sorts out the development of regional traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology academic schools in the Yangtze River, Pearl River, Yellow River, Hai River and Songhua River systems from the perspective of historical geography, and reveals the spatiotemporal characteristics and historical value in the context of different historical periods using historical inheritance indicators and geographical regional indicators.
