Abstract: Promoting the high-quality development of older adults care service is an important issue to deeply implement the national strategy of actively coping with population aging. Compared with the level of economic and social development and the beautiful expectations of the elderly for a high-quality healthy old-age life, there is still room for improvement in Jiangsu Province in terms of effective supply, balanced development, talent protection and intelligent transformation of older adults care service. Jiangsu modernization promotes the high-quality development of older adults care service, inclusiveness is the fundamental requirement, rural society is the key difficulty, healthcare is the core demand, talent is an important foundation, intelligence is the direction of development, party leadership is the fundamental guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the governance system of unified leadership of the Party committee, government leading according to the law, and close cooperation among departments, and enhance the comprehensive governance capacity of the elderly service; improve the bottom-up, inclusive and diversified elderly service system, and satisfy the multi-level demand of the elderly for elderly service; push forward the reform of the system and mechanism of the rural homes for the aged, and build the regional service centers for the elderly, so as to make up the short board of the elderly service in the rural areas; build the medical care and recreational and nursing service consortium, and enhance the integrated medical and elderly care service quality; strengthen the construction of specialized professional talent team, stimulate the momentum of senior care service personnel; create a new mode of intelligent healthy aging, and promote the development and growth of the silver economy.
