Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) overseas center is an active practice in response to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative, and also an important platform to promote TCM and Chinese culture "going global". Relying on the established overseas centers of traditional Chinese medicine, many problems in the current process of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine can be effectively solved. By innovating the overseas promotion mode of traditional Chinese medicine, enriching the content of traditional Chinese medicine culture dissemination, expanding dissemination channels, cultivating international composite talents, and promoting traditional Chinese medicine service trade, a new paradigm of international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture has been formed, which will help the cultural industry of traditional Chinese medicine integrate into the construction of the "the Belt and Road" with high quality.
