Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic thought of maintaining the positive development of Chinese medicine, which has become the fundamental guideline and ideological basis for the development of Chinese medicine in the new era. Maintaining the positivity is the basis and prerequisite of innovation. Thus, as for maintaining the positivity, we should urgently conduct research in its scientific connotation, reasons and path, which are also the fundamental and prerequisite contents. Therefore, this paper discusses the path of Chinese medicine development from several aspects, such as Chinese medicine education, clinical scientific research and management, which is the foothold and key link of the implementation of Chinese medicine development and innovation strategy.
