技术史视角下明代膏剂防腐工艺研究

Study on the Antiseptic Process of Medicinal Extract in Ming Dynasty from the Perspective of History of Technology

  • 摘要: 古人虽然不懂防腐机理, 但很早便有了防腐意识, 并采取了多种防腐手段。以明代膏剂为研究对象, 通过文献分析,认为明代膏剂中所采用的防腐手段与现代防腐手段具有相似之处。明代膏剂的防腐工艺受到彼时酿造业、农业、纺织业、制瓷业、采矿业等领域技术知识的影响, 工艺中注重控制微生物、酶、油脂和水分, 以降低酸腐霉变的发生率。其防腐工艺贯穿于药材处理、煎煮过滤、浓缩收膏、成膏保存等各个制剂环节。

     

    Abstract: Although the ancients did not know the mechanism of antiseptic, they were aware of antiseptic at an early stage and adopted various antiseptic means. The study of the medicinal extract in Ming dynasty shows that the antiseptic means used in Ming dynasty are similar to modern ones. The antiseptic process of the medicinal extract in Ming dynasty was influenced by the technology of brewing, agriculture, textile, porcelain, mining and other industries at that time, and the process focused on controlling microorganisms, enzymes, grease, and water to reduce the incidence of spoiling. The antiseptic process is applied throughout the whole process, including medicinal preparation, decoction and filtration, concentration and collection, as well as preservation of medicinal extract.
