基于CIPP的医学院校思政课实践教学评价体系的思考

A CIPP Evaluative System for Ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching in Medical Schools

  • 摘要: 建立科学实践教学评价体系是提高医学院校思政课实践教学成效的重要途径和坚实保障。CIPP评价理论从背景评价、输入评价、过程评价及结果评价等维度对实践教学活动进行全过程、综合性评价,其与思政课实践教学评价具有很强的契合性。高校思政课教师可以合理借助CIPP评价理论,找准现有实践教学评价体系中存在的相关问题,尝试从丰富评价内容、优化评价主体、强化过程评价、完善评价方式等方面入手,健全和完善评价要素配置,提高医学院校思政课实践教学评价体系的科学性、系统性和延续性。

     

    Abstract: Establishing a scientific practice teaching evaluation system is an important way and a solid guarantee to improve the effectiveness of practice teaching of ideological and political theory course in medical schools. CIPP evaluative theory is a comprehensive evaluation for practical teaching activities in terms of content evaluation, input evaluation, progress evaluation and product evaluation, which has a strong fit with the practical teaching evaluation of ideological and political theory course. With the help of CIPP evaluative theory, the teachers of ideological and political theory can reasonably identify the problems in the existing practice teaching evaluation system. Therefore, through enriching the evaluation content, optimizing the evaluation subject, strengthening the process evaluation, as well as improving the evaluation method, the configuration of the evaluation elements can be further perfected. In addition, the evaluation system of practical teaching in medical schools can be more scientific, systematic and continuous.
