Abstract: In response to the shortage of pediatricians, many Chinese medicine colleges and universities have been approved to establish undergraduate majors in Chinese medicine pediatrics. However, as a new undergraduate major, the personnel training program of Chinese medicine pediatrics is still in the exploration stage. Thus, the professional training objectives need to be further clarified and the curriculum system needs to be further optimized. Taking Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example, we explore and consider the training program of Chinese medicine pediatrics in terms of establishing professional training objectives and constructing a multi-module curriculum system of "knowledge-practice-ideology and politics", in order to provide new ideas for the training of talents in the new major of Chinese medicine pediatrics.
