工业药剂学“课程思政-课程教学-创新创业”融合教学设计实践与探索——以南京中医药大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Integrated Teaching Design of "Curriculum Ideological and Political-Curriculum Teaching- Creation and Innovation" in Industrial Pharmacy Course—Take Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

  • 摘要: 思想政治教育和创新创业教育是当代大学教育的重要方面,推动专业课程与二者融合,对培养新时代德才兼备建设者有重要意义。针对药学生普遍存在的专业认知和定位不清、知识管理和进阶乏力、批判思维和创新创业能力欠缺等共性问题,提出“课程思政-课程教学-创新创业”融合教学模式。运用多样化教学手段将课程思政和创新创业素材根植于专业教育全过程,在课程教学过程中强化药学生的观念塑造、思维训练、品质培养和能力拓展,实现知识传授、价值引领和能力提升同频共振,育人与育才协同统一,促进药学人才的内涵式发展。

     

    Abstract: Ideological and political education along with creation and innovation education is the important aspect of contemporary university education. Promoting the integration of professional courses and the two is of great significance to the cultivation of builders with both ability and morality in the new era. In view of the weaknesses of connotative development of pharmaceutical students, in combination with the reform of industrial pharmacy curriculum, diversified teaching methods are applied to root the ideological and political education as well as creation and innovation materials in the whole process of professional education, thus creating a three-dimensional education and teaching model that integrates education and talent cultivation, achieving the same frequency resonance of imparting knowledge, guiding value and improving ability, and promoting the connotative development of pharmaceutical talents.
