Abstract:
The cultivation of medical ethics is a realistic need for the innovation and development of medical education, and the construction of a new medical discipline with interdisciplinary integration. Besides, it is also the way to cultivate the spirit of medical science and technology innovation, as well as to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students with moral values. At present, there are still shortcomings in the cultivation mechanisms of medical ethics education in terms of value leading, coordination and linkage, hierarchical cultivation, practice motivation, together with monitoring and evaluation. Considering such a situation, the innovation of medical ethics education should take the curriculum optimization as the starting point, and use the value-led mechanism to enhance the curriculum goal, the coordination and linkage mechanism to improve the curriculum plan, the hierarchical cultivation mechanism to optimize the curriculum content, the practice motivation mechanism to strengthen the curriculum management, as well as the monitoring and evaluation mechanism to implement the curriculum evaluation.
