生成式人工智能赋能高校思政引领力:耦合机理、潜在风险与实践进路

Generative AI Empowers Ideological and Political Leadership in Colleges and Universities: Coupling Mechanisms, Potential Risks, and Practical Pathways

  • 摘要: 生成式人工智能赋能高校思政引领力提升是高校思想政治教育数智化转型的题中应有之义,也是实现教育强国目标的必然举措。通过对生成式人工智能和高校思政引领力的内在逻辑关系分析发现,人工智能的人机互动、技术同频、情景生成等特性与高校思政引领力的亲和性、协同性与智慧化时代属性内在耦合,但也造成高校思政引领力出现引领方向偏离、引领路径趋同、引领价值破碎等潜在风险。为此,生成式人工智能赋能高校思政引领力可以从增强人机价值对齐、提升师生智能素养与规范智能应用场景等三个方面强化,进而推动智能技术赋能高校思政引领力实现有效提升。

     

    Abstract: Empowering the enhancement of university ideological and political leadership through generative artificial intelligence is an inherent requirement for the digital transformation of ideological and political education in higher education, as well as an inevitable measure for achieving the goal of building a leading educational nation. An analysis of the internal logical relationship between generative AI and university ideological and political leadership reveals that technological features such as human-computer interaction, technological synchronization, and scenario generation are intrinsically coupled with the affinity, synergy, and intelligent attributes of ideological and political leadership in the new era. However, this coupling also gives rise to potential risks, including deviation in leadership direction, convergence in leadership pathways, and fragmentation of leadership value. To address these challenges, the empowerment of university ideological and political leadership through generative AI can be strengthened from three dimensions: enhancing human-machine value alignment, improving the intelligent literacy of teachers and students, and regulating intelligent application scenarios, thereby promoting the effective enhancement of university ideological and political leadership through intelligent technology empowerment.
