基于招聘岗位需求分析的养老服务管理人才培养优化路径研究

Research on the Optimization Path for Cultivating Aging Service Management Talents Based on Staff Recruitment Needs Analysis

  • 摘要: 基于BOSS直聘与智联招聘两大网站招聘信息,分析我国养老类岗位的人才需求特征,并提出养老服务管理专业人才培养的优化路径。研究发现,经济发达地区对养老人才需求较大,多数岗位对经验与学历要求相对宽松,岗位技能需求可归纳为管理组织、销售服务、健康管理、基本素质与日常照护5个主题。据此提出养老服务管理人才培养的优化路径:明确培养目标,提高岗位适配度;完善课程体系,凸显核心能力;结合地区差异,丰富实践环节,以为养老行业高质量发展提供专业化人才储备。

     

    Abstract: Based on the job information from BOSS Zhipin and Zhaopin, this paper analyzes the characteristics of talent demand for aging care positions in China and proposes an optimized path for the cultivation of aging care service management professionals. The research finds that economically developed regions have a greater demand for aging care talents, and most positions have relatively lenient requirements for experience and education. The job skill demands can be summarized into five themes: management and organization, sales and service, health management, basic qualities, and daily care. Based on these findings, an optimized path for the cultivation of aging care service management talents is proposed: clarifying the training objectives to enhance job fit; improving the curriculum system to highlight core competencies; and integrating regional differences to enrich practical training, in order to provide professional talent reserves for the high-quality development of the aging care industry.
