Abstract: Realizing the high-quality development of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to promoting the innovation of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine, promoting the modernization of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine, and accelerating the construction of a strong province of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine. Promoting the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu is not achieved overnight. The main practical challenges are as follows: the lack of innovation and creation ability restricts the inheritance, revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu; the lag of digital infrastructure construction restricts Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical and intelligent manufacturing; the lack of professional and technical talents has hindered the construction of Jiangsu as a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of enterprises; the lack of ecological sustainable development capacity affects the expansion, quality and efficiency of the Chinese herbal medicine industry in Jiangsu; the diversified channels of foreign cultural communication are not smooth, which hinders the "going out" of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine culture. Under the condition of new productivity, high-quality development has become the primary task. To further promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine, the realization path includes: improving the original innovation ability of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine with new high quality; promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu; cultivating "high precision and shortage" talents of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine; building a green planting base of Chinese medicinal materials in Jiangsu; improving the quality of literature and promoting the international communication of Jiangsu's traditional Chinese medicine culture.
