Abstract:
The Chinese medicine health tourism industry is a new tourism development model generated by the integration of the Chinese medicine industry and the tourism industry. It is the implementation of the strategy of territorial tourism since the expansion of the health tourism industry, and the extension of the high-quality development of Chinese medicine. Through analyzing the policy text and practice cases of Chinese medicine health tourism, we sort out the current development status of TCM health tourism industry. At present, the industrial pattern of Chinese medicine health tourism is initially formed, the brand influence is expanding, and the product system is continuously enriched. Based on the perspective of regional tourism, we analyze the real dilemmas of industrial development, discovering the lack of all-round strategic planning and top-level design, the insufficient integration of "Chinese medicine + tourism" in all elements, and the insufficient number of full-time in-depth experience products. Supported by the theory of industrial integration and the theory of experience economy, the future development path of Chinese medicine health tourism industry is proposed: building a top-level design system led by national strategies and strengthening policy synergy and standard building; building a multi-dimensional integration mechanism to crack the bottleneck of "Chinese medicine + tourism" synergy; building a full-time deep experience product innovation system to enhance the integration power of the whole industry, and to further promote the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese medicine health tourism.
