Abstract:
Jiangsu has a large number of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in the past, with different characteristics of schools, which have been inherited, developed and included in the intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) at all levels in a large number of projects. This study constructs a model for the protection and utilization of TCM intangible cultural heritage (ICH) by applying the small habitat theory. It has condensed a two-wing protection and utilization model with the cultural position as the body, the economic position and the environmental position as the support, the protection and utilization mode with the double engines of the cultural position and environmental position for the dissemination of the culture of TCM, and the industrialized mode led by the environmental position. Typical case analysis was carried out. It is proposed to take the cultural genes of TCM ICH as the core, comprehensively consider the cultural, economic and environmental factors, promote the in-depth integration of TCM ICH with the modern society, and systematically promote the protection and utilization of TCM ICH in Jiangsu.
