Construction and Practice of Independent Training System for Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents in the New Era

  • 摘要: 在新时代背景下,中医药人才自主培养体系的构建对于传承和发展中医药事业、服务健康中国战略具有重要意义。通过对当前中医药人才培养体系存在的主要问题进行反思,南京中医药大学积极响应国家战略,通过加强思政引领、促进学科交叉、优化专业结构、完善知识体系、强化能力培养,推动协同育人体制机制创新,构建了“1+4+1”中医药人才自主培养体系。该体系以立德树人为主线,以协同机制为保障,强化学科体系、专业体系、知识体系、能力体系建设,全面提高中医药人才自主培养质量,为健康中国和中国式现代化建设贡献力量。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the new era, the establishment of an independent training system for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) talents is of great significance for inheriting and developing the TCM cause, as well as serving the Healthy China strategy. Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine actively responds to the national strategy by integrating interdisciplinary studies, optimizing the structure of specialties, updating the knowledge system, strengthening capacity building, and promoting the innovation of collaborative mechanisms among medicine, education, scientific research, and enterprises. It has established a "1+4+1" independent training system for TCM talents. This system takes the cultivation of virtue and talent as its main thread, ensures the collaborative mechanism, strengthens the construction of the disciplinary system, specialty system, knowledge system, and capacity system, and comprehensively improves the quality of independent training of TCM talents, contributing to the Healthy China initiative and the construction of modernization with Chinese characteristics.
