Abstract: Integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into the teaching of ideological and political courses in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) universities is an important lever for consolidating the leadership of cultural work in TCM universities, also, it's of great significance to strengthen students' confidence in TCM culture and implement their responsibility for health. The teaching of ideological and political courses in TCM universities should guide students to deeply study and understand Xi Jinping's important discourses on the cultural leadership of the Party, excellent traditional Chinese culture, the "second combination", cultural confidence, and cultural exchanges and mutual learning. The teaching of ideological and political courses in TCM universities should base on a thorough understanding of ideological and political education teaching resources, support by Xi Jinping's important discourse on traditional Chinese medicine culture, and use TCM cultural resources as materials, integrating Xi Jinping Thought on Culture scientifically, organically, and systematically.
