Abstract:
The post-legislative evaluation of local regulations is an important component of local legislative work and an indispensable part of the local legislative process. The post-legislative evaluation of local regulations in China is still in its infancy, and the review of relevant evaluation procedures and evaluation elements is not comprehensive and systematic enough, and a unified and complete post-legislative evaluation model for local regulations has not yet been formed. This article summarizes the general rules from three aspects: evaluation preparation, evaluation practice, and evaluation result transformation, and summarizes the general rules, providing a reference for China to build a scientific, democratic, efficient, orderly, and procedurally legal post-legislative evaluation model for local regulations.
