Abstract:
Based on the two dimensions of policy tools and policy objectives, this paper explored the focus and shortcomings of China's proprietary Chinese medicine policy in order to provide reasonable suggestions for subsequent policy formulation and optimization. The study found that the leadership and collaboration of China's proprietary Chinese medicine policy issuance need to be improved; the selection of policy tools lacks balance; there are differences in the use of policy objectives; and there is a correlation between policy tools and policy objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the authority and collaboration of proprietary Chinese medicine policy; optimize the structural ratio of proprietary Chinese medicine policy tools; adjust the distribution of proprietary Chinese medicine policy objectives; and improve the coordination mechanism between policy tools and policy objectives.
