    Abstract
  • At present, the cultivation of innovation ability of undergraduates majoring in public affairs administration in medical colleges and universities has become an important part of their training programs. Thus, the clarification of how to evaluate the innovation ability of undergraduates majoring in public affairs administration in medical colleges and universities will help to provide guidance for training direction and reference for training content. The questionnaire survey was conducted on undergraduates majoring in public affairs administration in a medical university, and the preliminary scale was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and second order confirmatory factor analysis. In that way, we finally formed a scale including 30 items with good reliability and validity, containing three main dimensions of innovative consciousness, innovative thinking ability, and innovative practice ability. In conclusion, it can be used as a reference tool to assess the innovation ability of undergraduate students majoring in public affairs administration in medical colleges and universities.
