2024, 25(1): 7-14. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0007
Abstract:
During the late Qing Dynasty, a large number of western medicines entered China, which had a continuous impact on the TCM market, and the disadvantages of TCM became more and more obvious. Some people in the field of Chinese medicine conform to the trend of the times, learn from the West, and strive to innovate TCM, and the improvement of decoction has become an important part. Due to the close relationship between decoction and TCM treatment, its innovation process has not only attracted the attention of the medical community, but also become the focus of many debates between Chinese and Western medicine. Although the improvement of decoctions in modern China has not been fully scientifically developed due to the lack of realpolitik and objective research capabilities, the controversy over the process of its improvement also shows the balance between modern Chinese and Western medicine in pharmacy, and the reception and transformation of Western medical knowledge in the field of modern Chinese medicine.

Abstract:
Based on the cultural policies in the "14th Five-Year" development plan of traditional Chinese medicine in various provinces, and on the basis of policy text data mining, the TDM-PMC index model of traditional Chinese medicine cultural policy was established to analyze and quantitatively evaluate the content of traditional Chinese medicine cultural policies in various provinces in China during the "14th Five-Year" period. The shortcomings of China's traditional Chinese medicine culture policy were summarized and discussed, and optimization strategies were put forward to provide guidance and reference for promoting the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The results show that the provincial development of Chinese medicine culture policy is unbalanced, and the internal structure of the policy is unbalanced. The cultural and economic support of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be strengthened, and the cultivation of talents needs to be improved. The clarity of the development goals of traditional Chinese medicine culture is not high, and the intensity of policy intervention is insufficient. It is necessary to improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine culture policy in various provinces and make up for the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine culture policy; increase the support of traditional Chinese medicine culture and economy, and improve the cultivation of popular science talents in traditional Chinese medicine culture and education; improve the clarity of Chinese medicine culture policy content and refine the development goals of Chinese medicine culture.

2024, 25(1): 43-49. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0043
Abstract:
An in-depth analysis of the changes in the internal structure of primary health technicians in China is crucial for optimizing personnel construction and enhancing the health services capacity of primary medical institutions. By analyzing the changes of health technicians in township health institutions and community health service institutions by professional type, age, educational background and professional technical qualification from 2016 to 2021, it was found that there are urban-rural differences in the development of primary health technicians, with the age group of health technicians moving backward, and unreasonable educational background and professional qualifications. It is suggested to strengthen the construction of talent teams in township health institutions, and further optimize the age, educational background, and professional technical qualification structure of health technicians.

WU Zhihan, WANG Yanhui
2024, 25(1): 50-56. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0050
Abstract:
Against the social backdrop of an aging population and a declining fertility rate, institutionalized elderly care is gradually becoming an important way to provide for the elderly. However, with the rapid development of the senior care industry, the number of disputes involving senior care institutions is increasing year by year, and senior care institutions are facing a care crisis. Based on the analysis of existing cases and data, we reveal the reality of the current nursing institutions, explore the types of nursing care risks, and find that the current care risks in elderly care institutions are mainly due to the fact that the model text of the elderly care service contract is still not standardized and has insufficient complementary provisions, the elderly care system is not linked to the elderly supervision system, and there are cognitive differences and misunderstandings between the elderly care institutions and the family members of the residents, and so on.In this regard, we have put forward proposals to improve the legislation on the contract for elderly care services and to equip hardware facilities that meet the needs of the elderly from both the legal and administrative levels, with a view to providing reference for the establishment of a sound risk prevention mechanism for elderly care organizations.

RAO Chaoying, WANG Siyu, ZHANG Xiaocong
2024, 25(1): 65-70. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2024.0065
Abstract:
Most domestic research on age discrimination has been at the level of social policy and law, with less empirical research. Results from a questionnaire survey of 738 college students showed that the scores of age discrimination, negative aging stereotypes, intergroup anxiety and intergenerational contact were all significantly correlated with each other. Intergenerational contact can directly and negatively predict age discrimination, and can also influence age discrimination through the independent mediating effect of negative aging stereotypes and intergroup anxiety, as well as the chain mediating effect of negative aging stereotypes-intergroup anxiety. Increasing intergenerational contact between college students and older adults is beneficial in reducing levels of negative aging stereotypes and intergroup anxiety, which in turn reduces levels of age discrimination.
