MAO Zhi-qiang, ZHANG Zong-ming
2023, 24(4): 211-216. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0211
Abstract:
In the historical coordinates of the new era, we focus on three aspects, logical foundation, coordinate positioning, and practical shift, to grasp the important aspects of enhancing the overseas dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The logical basis for the promotion of overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture originates from the production logic of "civilization exchange and mutual learning", the realistic logic of economic globalization, the theoretical logic of contradiction theory, communication theory and international communication efficiency theory, the problem orientation of overseas dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in the era coordinate and the responsibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the historical coordinate. From the perspective of embodied practice, elevate the dimensions of communication subjects, promote multi-dimensional communication methods beyond the concept of bridging, reconstruct narrative methods based on mutual understanding, and accurately express ourselves in multiple fields.

2023, 24(4): 217-224. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0217
Abstract:
With the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, the exchanges between China and ASEAN countries have become increasingly frequent, and the risk of infectious disease outbreak and spread has also increased. The emergence of various infectious diseases poses a serious threat to the health and life safety of people in China and ASEAN countries. It has become the common choice of China and ASEAN countries to strengthen regional cooperation and jointly build a health community. The cooperation in traditional medicine and health governance between China and ASEAN countries has a solid historical and practical foundation, but in the post-COVID-19 era where public health risks are increasingly prominent, health cooperation between China and ASEAN countries still faces many practical challenges. Therefore, it is urgent to build a health community by guiding ideology, reshaping legal mechanisms, training professionals and regional coordination and cooperation, so as to jointly address public health challenges and eliminate potential health risks and realize sustainable development of regional health governance.

2023, 24(4): 232-238. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0232
Abstract:
In the Qing Dynasty, the medical level in western Hunan was still relatively backward, and many folk activities were related to medical treatment, forming a unique system of folk medical behavior. These folk medical activities are mainly distributed during various traditional festivals, and can be roughly divided into three types of folk medical activities: predicting diseases, preventing diseases, and treating diseases according to the stages and purposes of the diseases they target. These folk medical activities are an important component of social medical care in the history of western Hunan, and also provide important references for us to observe the traditional medical cultural concepts in this region.

LIN Yi-ling, YANG Li-ping
2023, 24(4): 239-247. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0239
Abstract:
The abuse of market dominance in the API industry frequently occurs, including refusal to trade, unfair high prices, tying, attaching unreasonable trading conditions, and restrictive trading behaviors. The reason for this is closely related to institutional characteristics, economic reasons, and the special attributes of the pharmaceutical industry. In the current solution to this problem, there is still a significant controversy over the punishment targets caused by the exclusive distribution model of the API industry. The punishment standards for antitrust in the API market are not clear, and even the reverse effect of antitrust punishment has emerged, namely the dilemma of increasing drug prices. Therefore, it is advocated to determine the responsible parties for the abuse of market dominance based on the nature of competitive relationships, in order to prevent relevant responsible parties from regulating and escaping; determine the penalty standard for sales based on the scope of relevant market; relax the regulation of market access for API to promote competition in the API market.

2023, 24(4): 248-255. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0248
Abstract:
To explore the relationship between innovation input and innovation output in China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and promote the rational allocation of innovation resources. Based on the relevant statistical data from 2001 to 2019, the SVAR model was constructed, and the impact of innovation input variables such as R&D funds, R&D personnel, product development funds on the number of patent applications and new product sales revenue were empirically analyzed by using impulse response function and variance decomposition methods. The results showed that there was a long-term equilibrium relationship between innovation input and innovation output variables, and innovation input had a positive impact on innovation output, of which R&D investment had the largest contribution, and R&D personnel and product development investment had a certain lag in the impact of innovation output. Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in R&D funds, R&D personnel and product development funds, improve R&D financing policies, create a good innovation environment, introduce and cultivate scientific and technological talents, improve the output efficiency of innovation input, and promote the modernization of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

CHEN Zhen-ni, LI Jia-yu, CHEN Na
2023, 24(4): 256-263. doi: 10.20060/j.cnki.ISSN1009-3222.2023.0256
Abstract:
Based on the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey from 2011 to 2018, the multi-classification logistic hybrid regression model was used to analyze urban and rural differences in determinants of unmet need among community-dwelling disabled seniors in China. The results showed that the proportions of under-met needs and completely unmet needs of community-dwelling disabled seniors in urban areas are lower than that in rural areas, and the influencing factors reflect heterogeneity. Economic status, caregivers' willingness to take care of them, living alone, loneliness, disability and marital status are the common influencing factors of the unmet needs of the disabled seniors in urban and rural areas. Not being lonely and providing life services in the community are unique influence factors for under-met needs of the disabled seniors in urban areas. The under-met needs and completely unmet needs of the disabled seniors in rural areas in the central and western regions are significantly higher than those in the eastern regions. There are differences between urban and rural areas in the unmet care needs of community-dwelling disabled seniors in China. It is suggested that targeted intervention measures should be taken for urban and rural community-dwelling disabled seniors.
