The Practical Way of Integrating Craftsman Spirit into the Party Branch Construction in Medical Colleges and Universities in the New Era from the Perspective of Imprinting Theory

摘要: 工匠精神的回归及其时代寓意, 决定了必须将工匠精神融入新时代高等医学院校党支部建设的全过程。基于烙印理论, 系统诠释工匠精神融入高等医学院校党支部建设的内在机理和融入阶段。实践中, 外部环境的敏感性, 使得部分党员能够在党支部建设中自觉接受工匠印记，但由于印记效力可能存在持续、扩大、衰退、转变等不同演化方向, 因此必须建立认同、学习、约束、影响等烙印机制, 采用非正式的精神文化自由演进和正式的工匠精神烙印建构设计, 方能高效地把工匠精神融入高等医学院校党支部建设的全过程。
