医务人员心理资本对组织公民行为的影响

摘要: 为探索医务人员心理资本(整体及维度)对组织公民行为的影响关系,采用心理资本量表和中国人组织公民行为量表进行数据收集,用Spearman相关、单因线性回归、逐步多元线性回归等检验变量之间的关系。结果显示心理资本对组织公民行为具有独立唯一效应,乐观、韧性两个维度对组织公民行为具有显著预测作用,表明乐观、韧性等心理资本对医务人员的组织公民行为具有显著影响。因此,在医疗机构的人力资源管理实践中,应正确认识三者互动关系,并进行心理资本的适度开发。
