《基因完整法》：瑞典辅助生殖立法最新进展

摘要: 瑞典一改过去的单行立法、分散立法模式，将生命科学基础研究、研究成果临床转化以及辅助生殖医疗实践统一于一部《基因完整法》。《基因完整法》内容丰富具体，规制范围广泛，涉及医学辅助生殖、遗传资源调查、基因诊断和治疗、胚胎植入前基因诊断、人类卵子的使用等内容，对其他国家相关立法具有指导借鉴意义。瑞典辅助生殖立法最具特色的是有关基因来源知情权的条款，明确赋予人工生殖子女以基因来源知情权，受到举世关注和各国仿效。
