A Research Report on Collaborative Psychological Education in Colleges and Universities from Parents' Perspective

摘要: 以上海高校为例, 聚焦高校家校协同心理育人这一主题, 采取问卷调查法,从学生家长视角了解高校家校协同心理育人的现实情况。结果发现, 大部分家长对家校协同心理育人持肯定态度, 有参与学校心理教育管理的意愿, 能通过新媒体与子女保持一定频率的亲子沟通, 愿意通过线上和线下等多种方式与学校保持沟通, 期待获取心理育人指导, 50岁以下家长及女生家长认为这项工作更有必要, 但是多数家长对主动与校方联系有所顾虑。因此, 建议校方采取相应措施将家长的家校协同心理育人理念转为实际行动, 引导家长在参与高校心理教育管理中树立科学应对子女心理困扰的意识, 用好新媒体、搭好新平台,以满足家长对于家校协同心理育人的期待。Abstract: Taking Shanghai colleges and universities as an example, we focused on the theme of psychological education by parent-school collaboration, and adopted a questionnaire to understand its reality from parents' perspective. The results showed that most parents had positive attitude towards parent-school collaborative psychological education. They were willing to participate in school's psychological education management, and they could maintain parent-child communication through new media. Besides, they were willing to communicate with the school online and offline in various ways, and they looked forward to receiving psychological education guidance. Parents under the age of 50 and parents of female students thought that this work were more necessary, but most parents were hesitant to actively contact schools. Therefore, it was suggested that the colleges and universities should take various measures to turn parents' idea of parent-school psychological education into practical action, guide parents to establish the awareness of scientific response to their children's psychological distress in the management of psychological education, and make good use of new media and platforms to meet parents' expectation of parent-school psychological education.
