JIANG Ji-biao
2022, 23(5): 289-293.
Abstract:
The construction of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) discourse system involves three key aspects: discourse construction, discourse translation and discourse dissemination. In the process of discourse construction, we should promote the generation of TCM discourse texts by tracing the essential connotation of TCM terminology, clarifying the definition standards of TCM terminology, and determining the evaluation principles of TCM terminology translation. Besides, in the process of discourse translation, we should achieve the organic unification of the source language connotation and expression form of TCM discourse by strengthening the standardization of TCM terminology translation, enhancing the discourse power of TCM terminology translation, and uniting Chinese and foreign translators in TCM translation. At the same time, in the process of discourse dissemination, a diversified and three-dimensional model of Chinese medicine foreign communication should be formed by selecting the content, expanding the communication channels, meeting the needs of the audience, and improving the communication effect. The study aims to enhance the international discourse of Chinese medicine and build a Chinese medicine discourse system that integrates Chinese and foreign countries.

Abstract:
As one of the four classics of Chinese medicine, the Treatise on Cold Damage has an irreplaceable position in both Chinese medical theory and clinical practice. However, it is still necessary to explore the meaning and criteria of classicality in Chinese medical texts and the current research strategies. As a discipline that explores the relationship between text, author, and reader, as well as understanding and interpretation, hermeneutics has received much attention in the field of humanities and social sciences for its truth outlook, theory of textual understanding, and theory of practice. Through applying the theories and methods of hermeneutics, some characteristics including classicality, originality, as well as authority of the Treatise on Cold Damage can be elucidated. In addition, through exploring and understanding the connotation of truth and the practice, the text in the current clinical practice can be further interpreted to provide reference and inspiration for the study of the Chinese medicine classics.

FANG Yue, TANG Meng-xue, FENG Zhi-pei
2022, 23(5): 316-323.
Abstract:
This paper sorted out the global trade data of ginseng category medicinal materials from 2010 to 2020, and built a visual trade network based on the complex network theory. Through analyzing the network characteristics, it is found that the global trade scale of ginseng category medicinal materials is increasing, the trade subjects are closely connected, the trade market is diversified and centralized, and has typical small world network characteristics. China, South Korea, the United States, Britain, France and Germany are both major exporters and importers. The trade volume of Hong Kong, China has been decreased and its trade position has declined. The influence of resource advantages on the core status of trade is declining. Economies with similar history and culture and similar geographical distance are more likely to form trade groups. Trade groups along the "the Belt and Road" are taking shape. In the future, the export trade of ginseng category medicinal materials in China should first break down technical barriers, increase investment in research and development of deeply processed products, and expand the export of high value-added products. The second is to break down brand barriers, create an influential high-quality, green and healthy Chinese ginseng brand, and further expand the market. The third is to break down institutional barriers, establish a sound quality control system for ginseng category products, strengthen the joint research of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, actively participate in the formulation of international standards for traditional Chinese medicine, and broaden the internationalization path of ginseng category products.

MA Yu-qi
2022, 23(5): 324-330.
Abstract:
There is a lack of attention to female substance abuse addicts at present in China, which is not only reflected in the neglect of female related health care issues and the lack of relevant theoretical research in the practice of substance rehabilitation, but also the lack of effective treatment programs specifically based on female physiological and psychological characteristics in the practice of community substance rehabilitation. By analyzing the differences between female and male substance abuse addicts, in combination with the current development of substance control social workers, and on the basis of the existing grass-roots institutions, it is proposed that as for the limited community substance rehabilitation funds, the community should absorb women's federation organizations to participate in the community substance rehabilitation. The substance control social workers combined with women's federation organizations can improve the ability to obtain resources, and the women's federation organizations should empower substance abuse addicts through professional work methods so as to explore a more effective way of substance rehabilitation for female substance abusers.

WU Yi-tian, YAO Zheng-rong, WANG Yan-hui, JIANG Feng
2022, 23(5): 331-338.
Abstract:
The operational efficiency of public traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) medical institutions in 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China in 2019 was analyzed through a three-stage data envelopment model. The results showed that the operational efficiency of medical institutions in various regions of China was uneven, and environmental factors had a significant impact on the efficiency. The operational efficiency of most provinces and cities was in the state of increasing returns to scale. Therefore, we should attach importance to the allocation of TCM resources, improve the scale efficiency, strengthen health supervision, optimize resource allocation, realize medical connectivity and strengthen regional cooperation.
