  • 摘要: 《太平惠民和剂局方》中涉及茶的方剂共有41首,其治疗范围涵盖了内、外、妇、儿、五官各科,较为全面地展示了宋代以茶入药之特色。茶为山茶科茶属植物茶的嫩叶或嫩芽,又有茗、荼等别称,具有清头目、除烦渴、消食、化痰、利尿、解毒之功效。《太平惠民和剂局方》中茶的应用丰富且广泛,对其进行分析研究对现代临床以茶疗疾具有重要的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: In the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang, there are a total of 41 prescriptions that involve the use of tea. These prescriptions cover a broad range of medical fields, including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, and ENT, providing a comprehensive demonstration of the unique characteristics of using tea as a medicinal ingredient in the Song Dynasty. Tea, which is the tender leaves or buds of the plant belonging to the genus Camellia of the Theaceae family, is also known by other names such as Ming and Tu. It possesses various medicinal effects, including clearing the head, relieving thirst, promoting digestion, resolving phlegm, promoting diuresis, and detoxifying. The rich and extensive applications of tea in the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang make the analysis and study of these prescriptions crucial in terms of their value and significance for modern clinical treatment using tea.
