Abstract:
With the accelerating pace of traditional Chinese medicine's internationalization, short-term training program has become an important means to improve the quality and level of overseas practitioners of Chinese medicine because of its flexibility and personalized education characteristics. Based on the First Overseas Promotion and Training Program for Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture, this article analyzes the educational elements such as goals, object, content, and methods of short-term training program, combined with statistical and quantitative analysis of feedback information from students, it aims to gain a deeper understanding and mastery of the advantages and problems of the program. To provide a basis and reference for exploring the education model of short-term training for overseas promotion of traditional Chinese medicine culture, this article proposes targeted strategies and suggestions, such as leveraging resource advantages, adjusting teaching methods, and building a mutually beneficial platform.
