中华营养促进会战后营养医学知识传播与实践

The China Nutrition Promotion Association and the Dissemination and Practice of Nutritional Medicine Knowledge after the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War

  • 摘要: 中华营养促进会为抗战胜利后于上海正式成立的科学社团,相较于其前身中国儿童营养促进会,中华营养促进会在成立之后不再局限于对儿童营养的关注,更注重普通民众对营养学知识的了解,以期促进整个民族身体素质的提高。在有限的经费资助下,中华营养促进会开展了大量活动,通过创办报刊促进营养知识的普及,开展膳食指导与营养调查以改善儿童、工人等群体的营养状况,对战后中国营养学的发展具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The China Nutrition Promotion Association was a scientific society formally established in Shanghai after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. Compared to its predecessor, the China Association for the Promotion of Child Nutrition, the China Nutrition Promotion Association is not limited to children's nutrition, but pay more attention to the improvement of nutrition knowledge for the general public, hoping to promote the whole nation's physical quality through nutrition. With the limited funding, China Nutrition Promotion Association has carried out a lot of activities, promoting the popularization of nutrition knowledge by establishing newspapers and periodicals; dietary guidance and nutrition survey were carried out to improve the nutrition of children and workers. It is of certain effect to the development of nutrition in China after the Anti-Japanese War.
